Wedding Day Coordination

Our Wedding Day Coordination service is for those who have already planned their Wedding or Civil Partnership. You may however need a helping hand on the day. We can help by providing a Wedding Day Coordinator to take the stress away from organising your reception and ceremony.

A Wedding Coordinator will be on hand 2-3 weeks before your Wedding Day. We will check all the details of your wedding calling suppliers and checking RSVP’s. We will make sure that nothing has been missed. We will be there on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly, leaving you to concentrate on more important things – looking your best!

Depending on you requirements we will provide between 1 or 2 Wedding Coordinators to look after suppliers, guests and most importantly you. From providing help with getting everyone into your ceremony, to checking your entertainment or music system. We can check guest accomodate and even send reminders on the order of the day and directions. Your day will be in safe hands.

This service can be accompanied by Supplier Sourcing. Should you feel there are still last minute arrangements to be made, or maybe a you need a supplier change or need assistance negotiating a fee.
